The RDP Galvanized Cone Top Chimney Cap with Screen is a standard replacement chimney cap. This chimney cap is quality constructed from heavy-duty 28 gauge galvanized steel and proudly manufactured in the USA. It is used as an all weather seamless chimney cap to keep rain and snow from getting down into the chimney pipe. It features a built in 1/4 inch screen to complete the look and help keep out debris and animals. It is not rated as a spark arrestor, consult your local building codes for chimney screen requirements before purchasing. The RDP Galvanized Cone Top Chimney Cap with Screen has a fixed base and is designed for use with single wall pipes. It does not include any form of adjustability and is made for an exact fit. It is available in ten sizes ranging from 4” to 16” to fit your needs. Please measure the outside diameter of your pipe before selecting a size to ensure a proper fit. For installation, start by sliding the cap over the outside of the pipe. Then simply drill four self tapping screws (not included) onto each side to secure the cap to your pipe.
